Directions

As a dietary supplement - AlgaeCal Plus: take 4 caps daily (2 caps twice a day with meals). Strontium Boost: take two caps once daily. For best absorption, take strontium at least 2 hours apart from calcium supplements or calcium-rich meals. Start slow if you are more sensitive to new supplements. AlgaeCal Plus: take 1 cap daily for 3-5 days. Once your body has adjusted to this, increase by 1 cap every 3-5 days until the suggested dose is reached. Add Strontium Boost and do the same.
